Right now, the opposing players car, is kind of jerky and not smooth. Looks bad and other bugs arise because of this like during the collision detection.
I notice Snake is pretty smooth.

What are ways to reduce lag? I feel like I might be missing something fundamental in the way I'm sending and broadcasting. Currently my swf is set at 21 fps.
