as far as I know there's not, but it shouldn't be too hard to get hold of VM ware or some other Virtual Machine solution in order to do the C# programming stuff.
Pretty sure Boot Camp is free.

Visual studio dues however run in Wine / VirtualBox / Parallels / VMWare fusion - Technically you could compile the project with mono, but we do not offer any level of support for that.
